Long term plan should be put in place. If we can’t beat our competitor in price, we should deliver the right amount of product at right quality and faster than our competitor. A delivery speed would be a competitive priority for having â€Å"Time† as our competitive capability. We certainly can deliver a product in US faster than our competitor not only because we are close to our customer, our main competitor is overseas, but also because we should develop our core processes to enhance our capability of deliver fast and consistently. The actual market demands speed, the millennium generation demands speed, technology can be obsolete in less than 2 years. Our standards of time are not the same.
